Salt the duck breast with skin and roast in a pan or oven until well done.<\/p>\n<p>2. Wrap the roasted duck breast in aluminum foil and let it rest for about 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>3. Cut the breast with skin into small cubes (IMPORTANT: the breast must be dry).<\/p>\n<p>4. Add chopped chives, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>5. Add everything together to the duck fat and mix*.<\/p>\n<p>6.
