Kad vino ispari, dodajte pile\u0107i temeljac te sve zajedno jo\u0161 kuhajte par minuta uz lagano mije\u0161anje. Dodajte sol po \u017eelji. Vratite meso u tavu (zajedno sa sokom koji se iscijedio u foliju), te dodajte vrhnje za kuhanje i gustin po potrebi da Vam se umak zgusne.
