Keeping meat
IN THE REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER?
Keep fresh poultry in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2-3 days. If you plan to freeze it, freeze the meat immediately after purchase and store it for up to 9 months at a temperature below -18°C.
You can store any leftover meat from lunch in the refrigerator or freezer. Be careful not to leave the meat at room temperature for too long, as this can increase the risk of bacterial growth. Use it within two hours at most.
