Ducks are a seasonal product that people mostly prepare for the holidays of All Saints, Christmas and Easter. Our philosophy is to offer duck meat on the market throughout the year in order to increase the presence of this meat in consumption and so that people can learn about all the qualities it has.
Ducks are prepared in different ways and in different combinations, of which we highlight the most famous combination of roasting duck coated with a dressing of orange juice and honey, which we definitely recommend trying.

BREAST

The easiest way to prepare duck breast is to grill it in a pan like any other steak.
For a natural flavor, it’s best to just lightly season it with salt and pepper, and serve with roasted vegetables.

LEG QUARTERS

An underrepresented and definitely underknown piece of meat that has a multitude of ways to prepare it.
Our recommendation for starting your acquaintance is the classic oven roast with potatoes and vegetables to experience the richness of flavor and juiciness that this piece of meat offers.
